At TPXimpact, we believe fair pay is fundamental. That’s why we’re proud to share that we’re now an accredited Living Wage Employer, recognised by the Living Wage Foundation for going beyond the government minimum wage. This accreditation means everyone’s earnings cover real living costs, not just the bare minimum.
As part of our commitment, we agree to regularly assess what we pay our people against wider industry benchmarks and make sure our wages are fair. We also agree to actively take pay decisions which help us progressively close our gender and ethnicity pay gaps, ensuring all our team are supported and valued.
We believe people thrive when they are properly recognised for their work and given the security of a fair wage, and we’re taking this step to ensure that no one is left behind.
Katie Sloggett, Chief People Officer at TPXimpact, said:
“Our team puts in exceptional effort for our clients and we believe this dedication should be reflected in fair pay. We’re pleased to see our work recognised by the Living Wage Foundation and proud to be among organisations raising the bar for fair employment. We’ll keep focusing on making TPXimpact a place where people feel valued and supported, while also delivering meaningful results for our communities and the environment.”
